Many accommodations such as umbrella, beach blanket and sandals for the guests. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

The Staff

Spacious room, good breakfast

It was not clean for example the elevator floor was always dirty as well as the bed sheets, the street in front of the hotel is super touristy. There was an odor of humidity in the room and the tap in the bathroom was not working properly.

The breakfast was limited but it was good enough spread, the staff was active and attentive. There was beach mat and umbrellas in the room which was a great addition. The location was very accessible to restaurants but the walk to the beach was a little but did not bother us. there was also the luggage room where we left our bags before our checkin/checkout which was also great.

There were couple of small things that bothered us, one of it was when we were using hot water it keeps throwing out hot and cold in small intervals. another small thing was that there was only one lift at the property the additional one would help.

Location is pretty good. It is cleaned and nice industrial decoration.

Not enough storage space in the room for clothes, the lighting was very poor in the bathroom.not 4 star, not boutique, just room and pool no other space actually...not yet finishing the renovation, keep in mind.Its loud. People in the hallway, people in the next room very audible, the A/C or ventilation being loud.Dark room, dark bathroom.The isolation of the doors and windows arent great.

It's located at the prime location with a lot of Thai restaurants within walking distance. The beach is less than a 15 minute walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast offered at the property has a range of food options. They serve complimentary as well as Thai food options.

Hospitality was not so good and staff was not helpful to give tourist information.

The facility was great! The halal food, the staff and ambience were great! And not forgetting the view!

Hate the fact that i have to climb up the hill to check in (bcs the driver that drove us didnt want to drive his van up to the lobby)

Price , staff , not trained staff and big language barrier.

Good room with good amenities. Convenient location, everything is walkable. A comfortable stay.

Construction taking place on building next door was noisy when at the pool area, which didn't make for a very relaxing atmosphere - it didn't disturb us in our room though.

The location is very good for shopping and dining, next to hotel has one coin laundry very big. Restaurant has nice decoration, but food selection soso.

It’s very difficult to comment this hotel-it seems that it’s renovated via one old building, they try to give INDUSTRIAL STYLE-but there are so many place the cement is dirty which gives the feeling that they are not yet finishing the renovation. It’s on a little cliffhanger, difficult for car to go up, and if you book the pool connection room, you have to move down your luggage and when you check out, to move up to the lobby. Very inconvenient. The make up room is always in the late afternoon, if you come back to hotel in the mid day, the room is not cleaned yet. We have booked 6 rooms for all the families, since we have afternoon flight, so we requested to have late check out to 13:00 instead of 12:00. but they even cannot be flexible to give us 1-2 rooms….. so we had been forced to move by hands without elevator from ground floor to upper reception totally more than 20 pieces luggage.

The room size and balcony +view, the nice touch with the beach towel, umbrellas and mat.

The staff would talk really loud while cleaning other rooms. On the day we wanted to sleep in they woke us up at 8 talking and knocking in other rooms and on the hallways.The isolation of the doors and windows arent great.The first day there was sand on the bed which we actually thought tto have been based on the fact that they may have not changed the sheets, we slept on the towels because we were tired.

Staffs were very nice, especially Khun Kai reception, she gave us nice service and information. Breakfast was great valuable the price.

The lobby is on the hill, the drive way quite high to drive up.

The staff was very very nice! the hotel itself is in the perfect location, the pool has a sea and Mountain View. The room was clean, and very comfy!

the rooms are a bit dark, but it wasn't much of an issue

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was so cold. The view was also beautiful
